Returns & Refunds
Returning a faulty product, or having a change of mind? Here's how it'll work:
All returns must be authorized first by reaching out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the credit to be returned back to your original payment method.
If the product is faulty on arrival
We will remedy products with manufacturing defects if the product is found to be faulty from the manufacturer. If there is personal damage caused by the consumer, we will not accept a return.
If you change your mind after your order has been shipped
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery but must be unopened and in its original packaging. Any damage during the return delivery is the responsibility of the customer so please make sure there is protective packaging when sent. Damaged items during return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
Due to the nature of these products, returns will not be accepted for the following items:
- Opened switches (Voided Warranty)
- Keyboard lubricants
- Any items in the Op Shop category
